Buckeye House/Family Abuse Center: provides client transportation to and from the clinic. They also work to assure compliance with needed medical treatment.
Center for Healthy Communities: Coordinates the “Multi Professional Team” course. Provides networking and educational opportunities between Wright State University, Kettering College of Medical Arts, and Health Partners.
Ohio Association of Free Clinics: provides collaboration of free clinics throughout the state to increase resources to clinics and patients.
Ohio Job and Family Services: accepts referrals and assists clients with appropriate services and follow-up.
Ohio State Extension Office: provides monthly nutrition education for clinic patients at no cost to the patient.
Sinclair Community College: provides clinic volunteers and educational opportunities for nursing students during their community clinical rotation.
Upper Valley Medical Center: provides coordination of outpatient testing and delivery of reports to Health Partners.
Wright State University: provides students to participate in “Service Learning” projects.
