Since 1998, Health Partners Free Clinic has been providing medical care to residents of the county who are uninsured or under-insured. Staffed by medical professionals, this non-profit clinic provides medical exams, prescription assistance, outpatient testing, social service and nursing follow-up to those who cannot afford conventional health care.

However, two years ago Health Partners was turning away patients from our Thursday night clinic because of increased demand… and limited resources.

To remain true to our mission, Health Partners built and moved into our new facility - The Paul G. Duke Health Center - located in the middle of Miami County.  We have consolidated services and are able to increase health care assistance to our underserved neighbors in Miami County.
