Health Partners has a proven six-year track record of maximizing the funds we already have, so that we can provide quality health care for the maximum number of neighbors in need. With our proposed building and program expansion plan, Health Partners can have an even greater impact in Miami County.

As you can see, with our present resources, we already provide critical medical services with a value of nearly $375,000. With increased resources, we could handle three times as many visits… with a projected value of $1.2 million -- three times greater than we’re able to offer now.
